Is my payment secure?

All your payments by crediy/debit card are managed by the Nexway Payment Platform. Nexway employs industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to provide secure credit card transaction. SSL is a communication protocol for transmitting private information over the internet.
It works by encrypting data that is transmitted over the SSL connection. Your payments are therefore secure when shopping with Kroll Ontrack.

If you are still concerned about submitting your credit card data using this secure method, you can still place an order by using PayPal.

How does the ordering process work?

Select a product. Add it to your basket by clicking the "Buy Now" button.
Review your order
When you click on the “Buy Now” button, an order page displays the product(s) listed in your basket (product name, version, quantity and price).
You can increase the quantity (or delete) products in the basket and add more products or services to your basket.

When/how can I download my software?

After completing payment, you will find a download link on the confirmation page.
You will also be sent an order confirmation via e-mail.
This order confirmation contains your download link and license information.
Please save this e-mail for future reference. Downloads from a shop operated by Nexway are available for 21 days after purchase.
If you experience difficulties downloading your software, it can be your personal firewall blocking or interrupting the data transfer. Please make sure the firewall is set to accept downloads from the Internet. Also, browser-integrated download managers may affect your download.

What do I need to do to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order you can do so, provided that you cancel your order within the given time frame set out in the Terms and Conditions.
For more details please check the "Customer’s right to cancel" section of the Terms and Conditions.
You can then submit your request via the "Contact us" section on this page. What we will need is your customer number, order number, e-mail address you have submitted while placing your order, plus a short note explaining why you wish to cancel.
Our Customer Service team will then take the necessary steps to assist you.

I did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

If you have not received an order confirmation via e-mail within a few minutes after placing your order, please check whether your e-mail account is protected by a SPAM-filter. If so, the e-mail may have been automatically removed from your inbox and filtered into a special folder. Therefore, please check your spam folder first.

If you still cannot find the order confirmation or deleted it by accident, you can request a copy from our customer services department. In order to do so, please submit a request via the "Contact us" section of this page.
